Unexpected needs and bills can turn a woman's life upside down. Transition Assistance offers temporary financial help with utility bills, car repairs, Christian counseling and more...

Grocery Day

Once a month, we provide groceries to provide meals for themselves and their families. Either because they don't have the means necessary or just need help stretching their budgets.

Community Time

During a time of loneliness and grief, joining together with women in a similar circumstance helps advance the restoration process.

I am a single mother of two, and bra has helped me tremendously throughout the last few years! Whether it’s been by providing food for me and my family when times were tough, or by assisting with my teenage daughter’s curriculum for school, or by providing school supplies for my youngest! BRA has always stepped in and made a way when there did not seem like a way!

Being a single mom, going from earning an income to being commission only was quite stressful. BRA provided scholarships for my daughter and me to see counselors and work through situations. There are many other ways I benefit from BRA such as the groceries, the fellowship, the support, the prayer, and the advice and encouragement from peers and friends.

I am a single mother to four wonderful children. BRA has been a huge blessing in my life. After my divorce, I went from a single income to a zero income. BRA has provided food, helped with my water bill, and gave all of my children school supplies. BRA even helped me with my car repairs. I am so thankful for BRA.
